Return & Refund Policy

At SharpStance, we prioritize hygiene and precision. Because grooming products are personal, our policy is structured to protect both the user and the integrity of our stock.

3.1 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You are entitled to return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  1. Manufacturing Defect: The item is faulty (e.g., faulty pump, broken seal, or leaked contents).
  2. Incorrect Shipment: You received an item different from the one confirmed in your order.
  3. Transit Damage: The package arrived with significant external compromise.

3.2 Hygiene & Safety Exclusions (Strict Policy)

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on grooming products (oils, balms, soaps, aftershaves) if the safety seal has been broken or the product has been opened. Once the seal is compromised, the product is considered used and ineligible for resale.

3.3 The Return Procedure

  1. Documentation: Email returns@sharpstance.store with your Order ID and photographic evidence of the issue.
  2. Review: Our Quality Control (QC) team will assess the validity of the claim within 48 hours.
  3. Logistics: Upon approval, we will facilitate a courier pickup. Please ensure the product is packed in the original transit box.

3.4 Refunds

  • Defective Goods: If the fault is verified, we will issue a full refund (inclusive of shipping) via Bank Transfer or your original payment method.
  • Processing Timeline: Once the return is received at our facility, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Any shipping costs incurred due to a “change of mind” or failure to provide accurate delivery details will not be refunded.
